In and out of the shop

What arrives, and what goes back

Two different rugs from the shop floor — one at intake, one after a full in-plant wash. Results depend on the rug’s fiber, dyes, and condition, and we tell you beforehand what’s realistic.

At intake Soiled beige flatweave rug at intake, before washing

After a wash A different flatweave rug, clean and bright after its in-shop wash
Washed, rinsed, and dried at the shop.
Clean cream wool flatweave rug with bright fringe hanging to dry
After the wash — fringe detailed separately so it dries bright, not gray.

Edge repair, before and after — rebuilt and re-serged by hand at the repair bench.

The equipment

The machinery your rug actually meets

Each machine here exists for one step of the 5-step wash — dry dusting before water, gentle agitation during the wash, and fast extraction so nothing sits damp in Florida humidity.
